Foreign language translation: An additional charge will be applied for this service on a per order basis. Email your requirements and I will provide you with the cost ASAP.
Guarantees: If you find any merchandise unsatisfactory email to let me know. I will respond to correct the situation. Items may be returned undamaged within 30 days for a refund. (I will not accept returns on customized or personalized items. Also, shipping and handling charges are not refundable) If your order is damaged in shipping, hold on to it in the package it arrived in and notify me. I will provide instructions.
